I’m Amber, owner of RentalFix. A little OCD and proud of it — I like things done right, and that obsession makes for spotless stays and worry-free hosting. Growing up in Eclectic, farm life drilled in the grit to get things done. Owners often tell us we’re like a second set of hands—or a second owner—they can’t live without. RentaFix launched in 2018 at this time it was designed for the vacation‑rental world. After our first year we realized the business is seasonal, and while we love it, winters can be slow — so we take on extra work to keep the team busy. We’d love your support to keep us earning through the winter: refer us, book off‑season cleanings, or send any projects our way.

I am starting my fifth season with Amber and Rental Fix. They have performed at a high level the whole time. I could not run my business without them. They have processes in place that make dealing with them easy. At the same time Amber is flexible and responsive.
We have a home at Lake Martin on a rental program. The team from RentalFix did a great job cleaning our home for the first time. They came highly recommended and I can see why. Amber is very organized, prompt, and receptive. I am notified when the job is scheduled and when its complete. A tag is placed on the door letting our renters know that the home has been thoroughly cleaned. I highly recommend RentalFix and very thankful I was told about them.

Our Lake home turns over frequently with short term rentals & with the concern of COVID-19 they have an organized way of handling the proper steps. Ladies started cleaning our home on Lake Martin early Spring and I couldn’t be happier. They do an exceptional job cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms (changing linens), kitchen, family rooms, floors and even all the windows. I know I’ve missed something but I highly recommend RentalFix!
